As a new patient, you will be expected to fill out a patient history form. The information on this form is necessary to provide you with the best dental care possible. Generally, your first appointment with us (except emergency cases) will include a thorough examination and diagnostic x-rays, along with a discussion about your treatment options. We emphasize the creation of beautiful smiles with the use of conservative restorations and the newest technologies. If your case is complex, we may ask you to return for a consultation appointment after studying your case and develop appropriate treatment options.
All patients are encouraged to call with any questions they have concerning dental problems. However, it’s not possible for our doctor to answer every call. Our office staff is well qualified to answer most questions. If the call requires the doctor to speak with you, he will return your call as soon as possible.
Hygiene Maintenance Visits
